Drive growth by uncovering new applications for sophisticated process technologies across nutrition, food, specialty chemicals, battery materials, ingredients, enzymes, proteins, and other high-growth markets.
This isn’t a catalog or transactional sales role. You’ll work with customers and technical teams to understand complex manufacturing challenges, identify where our technology can improve a process, and turn those ideas into trials, projects, and long-term business.
Why You Should Apply
- Own business development across the U.S. and Canada
- Introduce niche process technology into diverse and emerging markets
- Work directly with scientists, engineers, and technical decision-makers
- Create opportunities from the ground up rather than simply manage an existing book of business
- Help customers improve processes, reduce costs, and evaluate new manufacturing approaches
- High-visibility role combining technical problem-solving, application development, and consultative sales
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify new customers, markets, and technical applications for process technology
- Engage scientists, engineers, and decision-makers to understand their processes and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Develop new business across markets including nutrition, food, nutraceuticals, specialty chemicals, battery materials, ingredients, enzymes, proteins, and probiotics

- Build the business case and demonstrate potential process efficiencies, cost savings, and ROI
- Develop proposals and quotations in partnership with technical teams
- Create opportunities that may lead to capital equipment sales or contract manufacturing projects
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows
- Travel approximately 50%+ throughout the U.S. and Canada, with occasional international travel
