Job summary
ABC Legal Services, a national leader in service of process, is seeking a Remote Process Server Performance & Compliance Specialist based in the United States. In this role you review proofs of service for accuracy, coach field servers, and drive timely corrections to ensure filings meet jurisdictional requirements.
You will run daily performance reports, track server metrics, and collaborate across teams on large projects.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in legal documentation.
- Ability to handle high-volume daily outreach and follow-up.
- Interpret jurisdiction-specific rules by state and county.
- Clear, constructive communication for coaching servers.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and logs (e.g., Skye).
- Support-and-compliance mindset balancing accuracy and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Review affidavits/certificates of service for accuracy and legal sufficiency.
- Coach servers on correct documentation and timely corrections.
- Escalate and fix problem documents to prevent case jeopardy.
- Run daily reports and track server performance metrics.
- Outreach to servers with pending proofs (100+ daily).
- Monitor Skye logs to stay updated on case status.
