Job summary
ABC Legal Services seeks an experienced Process Server Performance & Compliance specialist to review proofs of service, coach field servers, and ensure accuracy and legal sufficiency across jurisdictions. This remote role supports our nationwide operations with a strong emphasis on getting proofs right and reducing errors.
You will handle high‑volume outreach, escalate problem documents, and maintain daily reports to track performance, collaborating with teams to improve processes and service
Qualifications
- Spot inconsistencies in legal documentation.
- Comfort with high-volume daily outreach and follow-up.
- Interpret jurisdiction-specific rules that vary by state and county.
- Clear, constructive communication skills for coaching servers.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and logs (e.g., Skye) and quick parsing of edits/changes.
Responsibilities
- Review affidavits/certificates of service for accuracy and legal sufficiency.
- Coach servers on correct completion and provide feedback to reduce errors.
- Escalate and guide corrections for problem documents and failed submissions.
- Run daily and other routine reports to monitor performance and trends.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and improvements.
