Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in process consulting, business process analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong process mapping, requirements analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, workflow automation, or BI platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations and workflows to see how processes support goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, systems and practices.
• Gather information from stakeholders via interviews, workshops, surveys.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and service.
• Create process maps, requirements, procedures, and supporting materials.
• Support process changes from assessment through implementation.
