Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to standardize processes, lead new-product implementations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will analyze workflows, design best-practice processes, and collaborate with operations, IT, product, and compliance teams. A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical skills are required, with proficiency in Excel and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field, though Business, HR, Finance, or related fields are preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Own end-to-end project delivery for new products and major change programs.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into standardized processes.
• Develop and maintain a repository of process assets (maps, SOPs, templates).
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across operations, IT, product and compliance.
• Measure and report improvement outcomes with KPIs and data insights.
• Coach and mentor team members in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methods.
• Support change management with communications and training materials.
