TELUS Health is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to standardize processes, manage end-to-end product and system implementations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will analyze requirements, design efficient workflows, and build a repository of process assets while mentoring teams in Lean methodologies. The role supports remote work from the USA or Canada and values strong collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with process standardization and data-driven improvement.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-standardization initiatives and design repeatable best-practice processes.
• Own end-to-end delivery for new products, system implementations, and major changes.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into streamlined processes.
• Develop process assets: maps, SOPs, templates, dashboards for knowledge sharing.
• Measure outcomes with KPIs and report value, e.g., cycle-time and cost savings.
