TELUS Health is hiring a Systems Analyst III - Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations to join our implementation team. You will configure and deploy our Health & Welfare software for major clients, translating business needs into technical configurations and helping thousands of employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 3–5 years in IT, system configuration, or implementation.
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Health & Welfare software for major clients.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues; communicate findings clearly.
• Work in an Agile environment with daily scrums and teamwork.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical configurations.
