Job summary

Eis group usa seeks an experienced Process Consultant to drive business transformation. You will analyze operations, map processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to design streamlined, future-state workflows that提升 efficiency, consistency, and service quality.

The role demands solid analytical thinking, strong documentation skills, and the ability to support changes from assessment through implementation, with remote or hybrid work arrangements and a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting or business transformation.
• Experience redesigning processes and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, workflow automation, or BI platforms is a plus.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBAP, or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operations and workflows to see how processes support goals.
• Conduct reviews of procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Develop assessments and identify opportunities for standardization.
• Design future-state processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Create process maps, business requirements, and documentation.
• Define functional requirements for workflow and automation.
