Job summary

Eis group usa seeks an experienced Process Consultant to evaluate and redesign processes, drive improvements, and partner with business and IT teams on solution delivery. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, documentation, and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will apply Lean/Six Sigma thinking, map workflows, and develop practical recommendations across operations and service delivery. This is a full-time contract with remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business process analysis, operations, business transformation, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and redesigning business processes and operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Ability to analyze operational data and use findings to develop practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations and workflows to determine how processes support organizational goals.
• Conduct detailed reviews of procedures, policies, systems, and practices.
• Gather information from stakeholders via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Develop assessments of current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design future-state processes to boost productivity and service delivery.
• Create process maps, requirements, and supporting materials.
• Identify duplication, delays, and control weaknesses.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT to explore automation and digital transformation.
• Define functional requirements for workflow enhancements.
• Lead improvement meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans and support transition to new processes.
• Establish process metrics to track impact.
• Review data to identify trends and risks.
• Build business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
