Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Process Improvement Associate to join the Network Operations team. The role focuses on leading cross-functional process improvements, documenting requirements, and managing project governance to achieve organizational goals.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders, design and implement optimizations, and communicate risk mitigation strategies across multiple initiatives. Remote position open to Atlanta, GA residents with potential hybrid leaves.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with data software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and related procedures.
• Lean, Six Sigma and/or Theory of Constraints experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects with stakeholder engagement and on-time delivery.
• Evaluates departmental performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Collaborates across internal and external stakeholders to drive change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Mentors team members and supports growth and development.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
