Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Senior Specialist, Process Improvement to join the Authorization Services Process Improvement team. This remote role is open to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, with potential future hybrid options at a metro-area hub.

You will gather requirements, document decisions, manage plans, and analyze data to drive scalable process improvements across the organization. You will report to the Manager, Process Improvements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to

Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end process improvements in a corporate setting.
• Ability to collect requirements, document decisions, and manage plans.
• Experience presenting insights to Senior Leadership.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and resolve issues to inform insights for process improvements.
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels.
• Strategize with leadership to reduce costs or improve outcomes.
• Provide support for change management and risk mitigation programs.
• Maintain relationships across teams to drive programs forward.
• Translate data into visual insights and actionable conclusions.
• Prioritize projects based on opportunities and growth targets.
• Support implementation of process improvements and mindset shifts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
