Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate, Process Optimization to drive operational improvements and optimize internal workflows across the Member Provider Service Optimization team. You will analyze performance metrics, document requirements, and manage change across multiple projects in a fully remote role for candidates in Dallas, TX.

Expect to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, design processes, and support technology modernization while reporting to the Product Implementation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in health insurance or related field.
• 2+ years in end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• 2+ years data analytics with Excel/SQL/Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of operational improvements and workflow optimization projects.
• Improve readiness for strategic implementations via training materials and clear communications.
• Partner with business owners to implement scalable procedural countermeasures.
• Mentor team members and promote growth.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
