Job summary

5Ccompany is seeking a Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst to map, analyze, and optimize company processes for efficiency, quality, and governance. The role collaborates with multiple business areas to identify improvements, implement solutions, and monitor outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in process improvement, proficiency in Lean/PDCA/Kaizen, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. This is a 100% remote position with paid PTO after probation and access to Wellhub and Moodar benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in processes, improvement, or operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with process mapping, modeling, documentation, and governance.
• Knowledge of Lean, PDCA, Kaizen.
• Experience with KPI and performance analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Lucidchart or similar mapping tool.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and analyze current processes (AS IS) to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Design and document future-state processes (TO BE) for standardization and scalability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Define, monitor, and analyze process KPIs and post-implementation results.
• Create and maintain process documentation, policies, and governance standards.
• Support internal process audits and follow up on action plans.
• Serve as a focal point between teams to drive adoption of new processes.
• Support strategic projects, automation initiatives, and transformation efforts.
