Qualifications

• Experience with process mapping and defining operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for automation.
• Hands-on experience in designing operational processes in TA Ops, Finance, or Operations.
• Familiarity with AI and prompt engineering to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of operational workflows to improve efficiency.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement automated solutions using spreadsheet tools and data manipulation.
• Define and monitor key metrics to measure impact of changes.
• Collaborate with TA Ops, Finance, and Operations to align workflows with objectives.
• Document and report on process health and recommendations.
