Job summary

Paylocity is hiring a Process Improvement Manager Ops to lead cross-functional, companywide process improvement initiatives from discovery through delivery. You will analyze business processes and performance metrics, define strategies, and champion Lean Six Sigma, project management, business analysis, and change management to deliver measurable results.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process improvement or project management, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and comfort working in a remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field.
• 5 years of Project Management and/or Process Improvement experience required.
• 2 years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience preferred.
• Green Belt certification required within 1 year.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic, high impact process improvement initiatives with moderate oversight.
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives.
• Develop and track detailed project plans from pilot to launch and control.
• Identify metrics to monitor critical activities and report progress.
• Ensure successful project delivery by meeting KPIs and sustaining changes.
• Lead cross functional project meetings and prepare post meeting deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and contingency plans.
• Map basic processes and analyze inefficiencies for improvement.
• Suggest improvements and support new processes using tools like Quickbase and Power Automate.
• Extract and analyze data to generate insights for prioritization.
