Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager of Process Management to drive scalable process enhancements and support international expansion. You will influence process development, risk management, and control creation across teams, educating stakeholders for consistent execution and delivering impact on the bottom line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in Process management.
• Minimum 2 years in Project management.
• Minimum 2 years in Relationship management.
• Preferred: 5+ years in Process management.
• Preferred: 5+ years in Project management.
• Preferred: 5+ years in Relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Influence, manage, and own process management activities for Shopping, including assessments, controls, and audits.
• Lead governance of email governance, sanctions data sharing, and script governance.
• Lead risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk.
• Document risks, results, and issues; work with internal partners on remediation plans.
• Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings.
• Collaborate on risk, process, and data management requirements and process for new intents, initiatives, and Enterprise requests.
• Apply sound inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions.
• Be intellectually curious to question the obvious, explore options, and develop alternatives.
