Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager of Process Management to lead scalable process improvements and support international expansion from a remote-capable base. You will shape risk assessments, governance, and data management while partnering with product and enterprise teams to drive efficiency and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Influence, manage, and own process management activities required of Shopping including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, audit activities.
• Serve as well-managed lead for Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance.
• Support Shopping’s well-managed agenda by leading risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk
• Documenting risks, results, and issues and working with internal partners on remediation plans
• Partnering with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners, to ensure clear communication of project requirements
• Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners
• Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
• Collaborate with Shopping team to advise on risk, process, and data management requirements and process for new intent, initiatives, and Enterprise requests
• Apply sound inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions
• Be intellectually curious to question the obvious, explore options, and develop alternatives
