Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• 2+ years of Process management experience.
• 2+ years of Project management experience.
• 2+ years of Relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence, manage, and own process management activities required of Shopping including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, audit activities.
• Serve as well-managed lead for Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance.
• Support Shopping’s well-managed agenda by leading risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk.
• Document risks, results, and issues and working with internal partners on remediation plans.
• Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners, to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings.
• Collaborate with Shopping team to advise on risk, process, and data management requirements and process for new intents, initiatives, and Enterprise requests.
• Apply sound inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions.
• Be intellectually curious to question the obvious, explore options, and develop alternatives.
