Qualifications

• 2+ years in Process management.

Responsibilities

• Influence, manage, and own process management activities for Shopping (e.g., PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, audit activities).
• Lead Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance.
• Support risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk.
• Document risks, results, and issues; work with partners on remediation plans.
• Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to communicate project requirements clearly.
• Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners; provide SME on processes in projects and meetings.
• Collaborate with Shopping team to advise on risk, process, and data management for new initiatives and requests.
• Apply inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions.
• Be intellectually curious to explore options and develop alternatives.
