Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience is required.
• At least 2 years of process management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years of relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence, manage, and own process management activities for Shopping including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, and audit activities.
• Lead Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance.
• Support risk assessments, problem solving to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk.
• Document risks, results, and issues and work with internal partners on remediation plans.
• Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to communicate project requirements clearly.
• Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners.
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes in projects and meetings.
• Collaborate to advise on risk, process, and data management for new intents, initiatives, and enterprise requests.
• Apply sound inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions.
• Be intellectually curious to question the obvious and develop alternatives.
