Job summary

Howden is seeking a Process Design and Governance Specialist to design, document, and govern end-to-end business processes across the brokerage's global operations. You will ensure standardized, compliant processes supporting placement, claims, underwriting support, and client servicing.

The role bridges operations, risk/compliance, and IT to embed scalable, auditable ways of working, with emphasis on process controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 5+ years in process design, BPM, or governance, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with insurance brokerage operations is highly preferred.
• Familiar with regulatory controls and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design/redesign of core operational processes (placement, renewals, claims).
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and governance documentation for global teams.
• Collaborate with technology to shape workflows and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and drive process standardization across regions.
