Job summary

Howden is seeking a strategic Change & Continuous Improvement Leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across its U.S. operations, partnering with executive leadership to optimize processes and adoption.

The role emphasizes hands-on improvement, stakeholder influence, and measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional change, mentor leaders, and establish governance with dashboards and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide projects in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience within financial services, professional services, insurance, brokerage, consulting, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of organizational change initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Develop change management strategies, stakeholder plans, and adoption frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess readiness and mitigate resistance to change.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methods.
• Define KPIs, monitor progress, and report to executive leadership.
