Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is seeking a Director of Workflow Design and Governance to lead end-to-end workflow strategy and governance across Client Service & Delivery. The role partners with senior leaders, offshore teams, and cross-functional partners to standardize workflows and improve operational outcomes.

The successful candidate will establish governance routines, translate needs into actionable workflow requirements, and drive adoption with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in workflow design, governance, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerBI, Visio; Lean Six Sigma or PMP is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, govern, and improve end-to-end workflows across Client Service & Delivery.
• Establish workflow design principles, process standards, and governance routines.
• Lead multiple workflow design, governance, and improvement initiatives.
• Define workflow requirements via interviews, workshops, current-state assessments, and site visits.
• Quantify impacts to inform prioritization and governance decisions.
• Ensure ownership, adoption, and governance for workflow performance.
• Design and maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, and training content.
