Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience designing and governing end-to-end workflows in complex environments.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows across Client Service & Delivery.
• Establish workflow principles, standards, and governance routines for consistent execution.
• Lead multiple workflow design and improvement initiatives with offshore partners.
• Capture requirements via interviews, workshops, and current-state assessments.
• Quantify impacts to inform prioritization and governance decisions.
• Maintain workflow ownership, escalation paths, and accountability.
• Design and maintain process maps, SOPs, training content, and dashboards.
• Lead training, adoption planning, and readiness activities for new workflows.
• Deliver governance updates and decision-ready materials for leadership.
• Develop clear storytelling to simplify complex workflow information.
• Present to operational teams, partners, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops on current-state design, future-state design, and standardization.
• Schedule governance reviews with teams and offshore partners.
• Define KPIs, reporting needs, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Measure adoption and value realization after workflow implementation.
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally as needed.
