Howden is seeking a Process Design and Governance Specialist to design, document, and govern end-to-end processes across its global brokerage operations. The role bridges operations, technology, risk/compliance, and regional leadership to embed scalable, auditable ways of working.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process design, BPM, governance, and a track record with SOPs, process maps, and regulatory compliance in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, risk, or related field.
• 5+ years in process design, BPM, or governance in insurance/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and redesign of core processes (placement, claims, underwriting support).
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and governance documentation.
• Define process controls; coordinate audits and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT and regional teams to ensure global consistency.
