Job summary
ProfitCoach is seeking a hands-on, client-facing Operations/Automation Specialist who can translate how a property management company operates into reliable software processes. This remote, full-time position requires building automations, designing workflows, and guiding clients through implemented solutions.

Qualifications
- Must have property management operations experience (ops management; implementing, coordinating, or improving processes) AND/OR strong technical capability (building automations, workflows, or CRM systems).
- Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core property management processes (leasing, resident services, maintenance) in workflow software.
- Improve efficiency and automate tasks, ensuring reliable execution across connected systems.
- Create and maintain SOPs and translate processes into visual diagrams (e.g., LucidChart) for training and scalability.
- Ensure quality by aligning with PM Ops standards and handling exceptions as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement and stay updated on new PM tech tools for client engagements.
