Job summary

Transformco seeks a RE Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to optimize the Real Estate Legal Department's operations across 100+ properties. You will lead AI-enabled workflow design, contract administration, and document management, coordinating with Real Estate, Contracts & Transactions, and Property teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will implement automation, oversee estoppel/ SNDA processes, and maintain a centralized knowledge base of portfolio documentation while guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent with 10+ years in commercial real estate contract support.
Experience in in-house, multi-property environments preferred.
Knowledge of leases, amendments, estoppels, and SNDA documents.
Experience designing or administering legal workflow automation solutions.
Strong documentation controls and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Automate recurring legal processes and estoppel administration with AI-enabled tools.
Evaluate consent and notice requests and support real estate transactions.
Oversee review and execution of standard and non-standard agreements.
Standardize processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and accuracy.
Maintain dashboards and knowledge bases for leases, REAs, and disputes.
