Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience; certifications a plus).
• 4-7 years of experience in business process automation, workflow automation, RPA implementation, or operations optimization.
• Experience with process mapping, documenting workflows, and creating workflow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools).
• Hands‑on experience with business process automation tools (Power Automate, N8N, Zapier, RPA platforms, or similar); demonstrated ability to design and build automated workflows.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and/or SQL, Python, similar languages.
• Experienced with data analysis and visualization tools; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, particularly Claude or similar large language models, and how to leverage them in automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration; experience with ERP, property management software (such as Entrata), or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to conduct effective interviews, present technical findings clearly, and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement automated solutions across Coastal Ridge's departments to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to transform manual processes into automated workflows.
• Utilize tools including RPA, Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, AI technologies and low-code platforms to automate tasks and reduce errors.
• Design AI-powered workflows, dashboards, and forms; integrate Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot as appropriate.
• Test new automated workflows and implement in production; manage transition from legacy processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate Operations, Training, PropTech, Finance, HR, and other departments.
• Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for scaling.
