Job summary

Kuresmart is seeking a Procedure Scheduling Representative II to coordinate complex procedures and high-end ASC cases. You will act as the senior operations liaison across scheduling, eligibility, providers, and operations, handling escalations and ensuring accurate benefits validation.

You will communicate timelines, explain costs, and collect deposits while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years related experience.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience making outbound calls using VOIP software.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible schedule.
• Strong HIPAA awareness and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manages introductory calls to patients for all assigned procedures.
• Acts as onshore liaison to offshore eligibility and pre-cert teams.
• Provides eligibility confirmation support during discrepancies or escalations.
• Completes mandatory calls within SLA and communicates status and timelines.
• Explains out-of-pocket costs and collects deposits (50% ± 10%).
• Finalizes scheduling once cleared; identifies escalations and patient fallouts.
• Documents communications and escalates issues per policy; supports offshore eligibility as needed.
• Backups for same-day, emergency, or Medicare add-on procedures; handles initial patient concerns.
