Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts introductory call to patients for all assigned procedures.
• Serves as onshore liaison to offshore eligibility and pre-cert team.
• Reviews eligibility findings, clarifies discrepancies, re-verifies eligibility.
• Provides eligibility confirmation during payer disputes or escalations.
• Finalizes scheduling once cleared and documents communications.
• Escalates patient concerns to appropriate clinical leadership.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality in all communications.
• Performs mandatory trainings and works collaboratively with teams.
