Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Procedure Scheduling Representative II to act as the senior operations liaison across scheduling, eligibility, providers, and operations. The role includes conducting initial patient calls, verifying eligibility with offshore teams, and handling escalations while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Remote in Maryland or New Jersey, with responsibilities spanning same-day and emergency procedures, patient education on costs, and timely scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years related experience.
• Proficient with Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience making outbound calls using VOIP software.

Responsibilities

• Make mandatory patient calls for all assigned procedures within SLA.
• Explain authorization statuses and timelines to patients.
• Explain out-of-pocket costs and collect deposits.
• Finalize scheduling after clearance and resolve escalations.
• Document communications and coordinate with offshore eligibility team.
