Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Access to high-speed internet is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge is preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills are expected.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude are essential.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain seated and actively engage with callers most of the time.
• Ability to convey accurate information clearly over the phone.
