Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This fully remote position supports personal lines accounts with policy servicing, communication, and carrier coordination.

An active P&C license and CA market experience are strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will provide excellent client service, manage endorsements and proofs of insurance, and collaborate with account managers to ensure accurate servicing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and strive for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Efficiently manage emails, faxes, and mail to updates records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and apply feedback.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and licensure/education requirements.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership and carriers.
• Develop industry knowledge and insurance expertise to support growth.
• Champion IOA values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
