Job summary

Aviation Portfolio seeks a Senior Flight Strategist to own flight activity for an assigned portfolio of private aviation clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality from pre-departure risk review through post-flight feedback. You will monitor live flights, coordinate with operators, identify discrepancies early, and keep clients informed in real time.

You’ll maintain precise flight and client data in Salesforce and collaborate with Directors of Client Relationships to deliver

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an aviation-related field.
• Real-time operational judgment and escalation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate in a remote, high-trust, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Flight review and risk assessment for upcoming flights.
• Monitor active flights across portfolio and communicate updates.
• Manage high-volume client and vendor communications.
• Maintain precise flight and client data in Salesforce.
