About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a distinguished private aviation company. This opportunity offers the chance to lead one of the industry's premier brands, known for delivering convenience, quality, and safety in private travel services. As the CEO, you'll be at the helm of directing the company's strategic vision, financial performance, and long-term growth, ensuring that the organization continues to create smiles by enhancing lives. This position is ideal for an aviation leader passionate about scaling operations and championing a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the company’s long-term vision for fleet growth, geographic expansion, and market share in partnership with the Owner.
  • Lead financial performance by managing the company’s P&L, driving revenue growth, improving margins, and supporting capital strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing senior leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry safety standards while promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class team aligned with the company’s values of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and M&A opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Owner, providing regular business updates, performance reporting, and strategic insights.
Requirements
  • 15–20+ years of senior aviation executive leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or President.
  • Extensive experience in Part 135 private aviation operations and managing a sizeable multi-aircraft fleet.
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing executive teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to represent the company to clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jet Card programs, Fractional Ownership models, and private aviation services is preferred.
