Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client service role in private aviation (required).
• Organized to the point disorganization bothers you.
• Able to stay composed when a trip is moving in real time.
• Hospitality is instinct, not a script. You anticipate.
• You write clearly and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trips end-to-end: scheduling, operator sourcing, quoting support, catering, ground, and FBO handoffs.
• Communicate with members calmly when plans shift.
• Post-sale and post-flight follow-through, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Maintain CRM discipline in Salesforce with up-to-date, logged touchpoints.
• Manage operator and vendor relationships to ensure reliable service.
