The Senior Flight Strategist is the operational backbone of Aviation Portfolio's client experience. As the primary owner of flight activity for an assigned portfolio of private aviation clients, they are accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of every trip - from pre-departure risk review through post-flight feedback collection. They operate at the intersection of real-time aviation operations and high-touch client service: tracking live flights, coordinating with operators, identifying discrepancies before they become problems, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. They sit within our Private Client Services Team alongside Directors of Client Relationships, together owning the end-to-end client relationship with a mandate to provide expert, unbiased guidance and advocacy. They bring deep operational judgment, composure under pressure, and the ability to move fast without making mistakes.

Private aviation operates 24/7. This position may have a non-traditional work schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
