Compucom Systems, Inc. seeks a remote L2 Technician to support a designated geographic area with troubleshooting, installation, and repair of laser and wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.

You will collaborate with Level III technicians to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining service records and quality standards. The role emphasizes strong hardware/software knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Electromechanical experience a plus.
• Experience repairing laser and wide format printers.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Deliver clear technical assistance to technicians onsite and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
