Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Field Technician to provide onsite IT hardware support in Tucson, AZ. You will diagnose and repair printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, and networking devices, while installing and configuring equipment and software.

You will work with Level II/III technicians and remote teams, delivering timely resolutions, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, computers, peripherals.
• Experience with hardware, software, and basic networking troubleshooting.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain IT equipment including printers and POS systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity, routers, switches, and cabling.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and provide onsite and remote support as required.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation.
