Job summary

CompuCom seeks a Field Technician in Tucson, AZ to diagnose, install, repair, and maintain a range of IT hardware, printers, and network devices. The role involves on-site work, customer interaction, and coordination with Level II/III and remote teams to ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hardware/software knowledge, experience with printers and wide-format devices, and a willingness to travel across the service area.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing printers, wide-format printers, plotters, or similar electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to configure hardware and complete required software and application setups.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned geographic service area and work at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain printers and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, software, and related applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including routers and switches.
• Perform routine maintenance and document work, parts used, and resolutions.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support as needed.
• Coordinate with Level II/III and remote teams to resolve issues.
