Qualifications

• 10+ years in management, technology, or transformation consulting with senior client-facing experience.
• Proven track record leading complex transformations from strategy to value realization.
• Strong skills in structured problem solving, analysis, and executive storytelling.
• Expertise in 3PM methodologies like prioritization, governance, and execution.
• Practical experience linking business strategy to technology and AI implications.
• Excellent executive communication and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state capabilities to define transformation strategies and measurable outcomes
• Evaluate and recommend options based on value, risks, and investment
• Maintain delivery traceability from strategy adoption to value realization
• Design and enhance governance models and performance management frameworks
• Facilitate decision-making processes using strategic alignment and available capacity
• Assess organizational readiness and define change management strategies
• Conduct executive workshops and build relationships across business functions
