Placements24 is seeking a Principal Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation for a fully remote role. You will guide organizations through digital evolution, advising C-suite executives on technology roadmaps, digital innovation, and change management.

You will lead large-scale programs, leverage AI, cloud, and data analytics, and collaborate with global teams to deliver strategic outcomes from your home office, with flexibility and autonomy in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or IT consulting.
• Proven success leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
• In-depth knowledge of current digital technologies and their business implications.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a remote, distributed environment.
• Experience advising clients across various industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex digital transformation initiatives for a diverse client base.
• Develop and execute strategic digital roadmaps, incorporating AI, cloud, and data analytics.
• Advise senior executives on digital strategy, technology adoption, and business model innovation.
