Ladders seeks a Principal AI Transformation Consultant to join a leader in IT services. You will partner with customers to identify high-value AI opportunities, map current workflows, and translate pain points into actionable use cases that accelerate adoption.

This highly consultative role requires executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn manual processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success, consulting, or business process improvement.
• Experience with architecture and engineering firms or project-based services.
• Proven track record in leading software adoption and change management.
• Strong understanding of ERP and AEC software environments.
• Proficiency in AI, automation, and natural-language workflow tools.
• Excellent business process consulting skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify high-value decisions and workflows for improvement.
• Lead discovery sessions to map current processes and define future-state workflows.
• Design transformation plans that connect customer pain points to AI use cases.
• Help customers transition from manual processes to AI-driven workflows.
• Run hands-on sessions to operationalize initial use cases quickly.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer champions and executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Capture and document transformation patterns and best practices.
