This remote role collaborates with senior leaders, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve planning discipline and decision-making.

The role leverages AI-enabled modeling to forecast needs, track progress, and surface risks tied to complex organizational change.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workforce planning or complex program leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence decisions and communicate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Enable workforce strategy by modeling strategic scenarios and translating direction into multi-year transition roadmaps.
• Leverage AI for workforce modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Track progress against plans and surface risks with decision-supporting updates.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for leaders, clarifying strategy execution.
• Lead operating forums and program communications for consistent information flow.
• Partner with Finance for workforce budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Manage hiring operations with discipline and continuous improvement.
