Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales engineering experience in a related role.
• Presales or consulting background with mainframe/IBMi.
• Experience leading enterprise data migration projects.
• Strong data integration knowledge for mainframe and cloud databases.
• ETL/CDC experience is a plus.
• Experience migrating workloads from mainframe environments preferred.
• Familiarity with data security practices across cloud and mainframe.
• Strong problem solving and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with rapid learning ability.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable in a changing, unstructured environment.
