Best Buy is seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles in AdTech, Technology, Retail Media, Marketing, and Analytics. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source top talent, and deliver a superior candidate experience while meeting quality, speed, and compliance metrics.

This remote-eligible role offers the chance to influence hiring across multiple lines of business and collaborate with a team of experienced recruiters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• 4+ years recruiting in corporate or agency environments.
• 3+ years recruiting in digital advertising, ad tech, programmatic, or retail media.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles in AdTech, Technology, Retail Media, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Share best practices and collaborate with peers to continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Meet defined metrics for quality, speed, and compliance.
