C.H. Robinson is seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead recruitment for Technology and Corporate Functions nationwide, primarily remotely.

You will partner with senior leaders to craft hiring strategies, influence workforce decisions, and drive talent market insights to attract exceptional professionals across engineering, data, finance, HR, marketing, and more. The role emphasizes consultative leadership, structured interview processes, and mentoring recruiters, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering, product, data, infrastructure, or related technology functions.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy discussions with business leaders to align critical talent needs with organizational objectives and workforce plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across technology and corporate functions, including engineering, data, cybersecurity, finance, human resources, marketing, legal, and communications.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, networking, and market engagement.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on labor market trends, compensation, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and hiring risks.
• Facilitate structured interview and selection processes that drive high-quality hiring decisions while promoting an inclusive candidate experience.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and workforce data to identify opportunities, influence hiring outcomes, and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting innovation efforts that enhance scalability and business impact.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to recruiters by sharing best practices, elevating recruiting capabilities, and driving knowledge transfer across the team.
