The ideal candidate should have a M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in wireless systems. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 annually with various benefits included.

Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in wireless system design and development.
• 5 years of experience in technical project leadership.
• Complete technology development cycle experience from design to field testing.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, implementation, and verification of wireless projects.
• Technical management of R&D projects including system design and requirement specification.
• Participate in business development efforts with whitepaper and proposal preparation.
• Supervise a team of engineers and provide customer-facing engagement.
