Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health and related domains. Unite multiple lines of business under a cohesive product vision to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

You will mentor senior PMs and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research, data, and feedback.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform decisions.
• Lead or partner with other PMs when scope warrants.
