Job summary

One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across domains such as Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will guide senior PMs and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive scalable automation and market expansion.

This remote-first role emphasizes data-driven decisions, fast delivery, and strong customer empathy to grow revenue and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launches.
• Own the delivery of features/initiatives on the roadmap and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Track impact/ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
• Work with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans that resonate with target users.
